Step 1 · Registration
Register an Account
我们的订餐系统采用邀请制。家长无需自行注册，只需联系学校管理员或 BriteMinds Lab 团队，提供以下信息即可开通账号：
Our ordering system is invite-based. Parents do not need to self-register — simply contact your school administrator or the BriteMinds Lab team and provide the following information to activate your account:
家长姓名
Parent's full name
电子邮箱（用于接收订单确认）
Email address (for order confirmations)
手机号码
Phone number
学生姓名、年级及就读学校
Student's name, grade, and school
账号开通后，您将收到通知。届时凭手机号或邮箱即可登录，无需密码。
Once your account is set up, you will receive a notification. You can then log in using your phone number or email — no password required.
Step 2 · Login
Log In to the Order Portal
账号开通后，按以下步骤登录订餐平台：
Once your account is activated, follow these steps to log in:
点击首页「Order Here」按钮进入订餐平台
Click the "Order Here" button on the home page to enter the portal
输入您注册时的手机号或电子邮箱
Enter the phone number or email you registered with
点击「Continue」即可登录，无需密码
Click "Continue" to log in — no password needed
如提示「No account found」，请联系学校管理员确认您的信息是否已录入系统。
If you see "No account found", please contact your school administrator to confirm your details have been entered into the system.
Step 3 · Ordering
Place an Order
登录后即可浏览菜单并下单。完整流程如下：
After logging in, you can browse the menu and place orders. Here is the full process:
选择订餐对象（如有多个孩子，可切换选择）
Select who the order is for (switch between children if you have more than one)
使用左右箭头切换周次，点击日期查看当日菜单
Use the arrows to navigate weeks, then click a date to view that day's menu
浏览当日菜品，点击「Add」加入购物车
Browse the day's items and click "Add" to add them to your cart
点击右上角「Cart」查看购物车，调整数量
Click "Cart" in the top right to review your cart and adjust quantities
填写特殊需求（如过敏替换），点击「Place Order」下单
Add any special requests (e.g. allergy substitutions), then click "Place Order"
下单成功后，确认邮件将自动发送至您的邮箱。请注意每日截单时间，逾期订单将收取 $5 迟单费。
A confirmation email is sent automatically after you order. Please note the daily cutoff time — late orders incur a $5.00 late fee.
Ordering Tips
Order Early
建议提前浏览周菜单，在截单时间前完成下单，避免迟单费。
Browse the weekly menu ahead of time and order before the daily cutoff to avoid late fees.
Allergy Alerts
含过敏原的菜品会弹出提醒，您可在备注中填写替换需求。
Items containing allergens show a warning — you can add substitution requests in the notes field.
Email Confirmation
下单后请查收邮箱，确认订单详情及配送日期是否正确。
Check your inbox after ordering to confirm the order details and delivery date are correct.
